Why do I need to send KES 1?

The KES 1 transaction proves that the Safaricom number you registered can receive and process M-Pesa payments. It is a number check, not a fee.

What is the KES 100 activation fee for?

It is the one-off fee that switches your account on, charged once after your number is confirmed. Your account becomes active only after that payment is confirmed on our side. If someone invited you to GREATMULLAH, they are paid their KES 50 referral commission at that moment.

Do I need an email address or a password?

No. You register with your full name, Safaricom number and a 4 digit PIN. There is no OTP and no traditional password.

How do I get paid?

You do not request withdrawals. When an eligible earning is created and qualifies, GREATMULLAH automatically initiates an M-Pesa payout to your confirmed number and records it in your transaction history.

Is GREATMULLAH a government programme?

No. GREATMULLAH is a private platform. We do not claim any government endorsement, and we are not affiliated with Safaricom.

What happens if a payout fails?

The failure is recorded, the amount is returned to your wallet ledger, and the payout appears in the admin review queue. This is why payouts are idempotent: the same payment can never be sent twice.
